Refund policy

Please note, our INSTORE returns policy and ONLINE returns policy are different. The below relates to our online policy only.

STORE COLLECTION

The Returns Policy applies from the date of your ‘READY TO COLLECT’ email notification.  If you are unable to come into store within the first 14 days, and would still like the option to return, we suggest opting for home delivery.

Returns

We hope that you will delighted with your products.  However, if you change your mind about a product or find the size is not quite right, you can return it to us, within 14 days of delivery.

You will be given a return ID which must be shown on the front of your returned parcel. (If this ID is not shown on the front your parcel it may not be accepted).

Please remember to enclose your order ID, name, address, telephone number, email address and reason for returning the goods.

We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are non refundable. 

All items must:

• Be unwashed
• Have all labels attached (it is not necessary to remove labels to try on).
• Be unused/ not worn
• Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.

The Specifics

• If you happen to receive a damaged/faulty item and would like a refund, please state the fault on your returns note which you will include inside the parcel. We will then examine the returned product and notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges.
• Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons - this applies to Jewellery and may not be indicated in the product description.
• Please note that return postage is at the customer’s expense, with exceptions where the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly by us.  In this case a refund for postage will be given after the items have been received and inspected by the returns department and confirmed as damaged or incorrect, and within the manufacturers guarantee.
• Please note the original delivery cost is non-refundable, with exceptions where the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly by us.  In this case a refund for postage will be given after the items have been received and inspected by the returns department and confirmed as damaged or incorrect, and within the manufacturers guarantee.
• If your order is returned by the courier we will deduct the cost of delivery back to us from your refund.
• We reserve the right to charge the postage that we have incurred for any item returned that was previously purchased under our free postage promotion. This means if items returned, unless faulty, the refund will be less the original delivery cost.
• We are sorry that we will not be able to accept returns after 14 days. Any returns received will be treated as unsolicited items and will not be refunded.
• If a parcel has to be returned to us because the customer:
  o Has not collected the item.
  o Is not available when delivery is made.
  o Gives wrong delivery and or contact details

Any extra postage related costs that we incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange, where applicable, for returned items.

We reserve the right to charge any additional postage that we have incurred for any item sent as an exchange.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULTY. You will be entitled to return your sale item for a credit note only.
