Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched, or ready for collection, within 1-2 working days. Where possible, we will endeavour to have orders ready for collection or dispatch same day. Please note that shop operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am-4pm. Orders are typically packed within these hours.

The Returns Policy applies from the date of your ‘READY TO COLLECT’ email notification. If you are unable to come into store within the first 14 days, and would still like the option to return, we suggest opting for home delivery.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will delighted with your products. However, if you change your mind about a product or find the size is not quite right, you can return it to us, within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us BEFORE sending items back, by telephone on 01436 678484 or by email at laurakateltd@hotmail.co.uk You will be given a return ID which must be shown on the front of your returned parcel. (If this ID is not shown on the front your parcel it may not be accepted).

Please remember to enclose your order ID, name, address, telephone number, email address and reason for returning the goods. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are non refundable.

All items must: • Be unwashed • Have all labels attached (it is not necessary to remove labels to try on). • Be unused/ not worn • Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.

Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in the original condition and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer’s expense.
